The grapes were harvested from low yielding vineyards in Wellington. Minimally handled at crushing and fermentation and then matured in French oak barrels for 12 months.
2017 Donegal Grenache has a bright red colour with floral, raspberry and white pepper spice notes on the nose. The palate is soft and juicy with lush red berries and violets. Fruity tannins and light oak notes complete a long and satisfying finish.
